**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team and play a key role in driving our financial strategy forward. As a member of our FP&A team, you'll be responsible for providing critical financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth. Your expertise will be essential in helping us navigate the complexities of our rapidly expanding online business and IT capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop, organize, and analyze the annual budget, ongoing financial forecasts, and a five-year strategic plan for our online business and IT capabilities
* Create and maintain financial models, tools, and reports that provide valuable insights to the business
* Collaborate with senior leaders to inform key business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
* Work closely with our online business and IT teams to integrate financial plans and forecasts into our overall financial strategy
* Develop and implement financial tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Lead capital planning and budgeting processes, working closely with our PMO and Finance teams to ensure alignment with our overall financial goals
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth
* Manage and develop a team of Financial Analysts, ensuring their work aligns with our financial planning and analysis needs
**The Fundamentals for Success**
* 4+ years of professional experience in finance, preferably in a retail or consumer products industry
* Experience in a financial planning and analysis role in a retail management environment is highly desirable
* Experience with agile working models and technology support, as well as related financials, is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret results and communicate effectively
* Proficiency in advanced Excel and Access skills
* Ability to influence leaders through financial analysis and strong interpersonal skills
* Strong team leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
* Inherent curiosity and passion for driving business results and financial performance
* Strong understanding of financial cycles and internal controls
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or Business Intelligence tools is a plus
* Previous FP&A experience is highly desirable
