Job Overview As a Senior Logistics Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our Last Mile bundle determining and carrier scope organization. Your primary objective will be to align carrier package capacity with advanced transportation to-home interest plans, driving operational excellence through accurate package volume projections. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to utilize data to inform decisions, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with functional teams, network planning and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Support Last Mile bundle determining and carrier scope organization to drive operational excellence Align carrier package capacity with advanced transportation to-home interest plans Develop and maintain accurate package volume projections down to the most minimal degree of granularity Collaborate with functional teams, network planning and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups Utilize data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Qualifications and Skills To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
