As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be part of a talented team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates. Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term success. You will create an optimal adult learning environment (both in-person and virtually) that fosters engagement, motivation, and retention.
