About the Role We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior GL Accountant, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, ensuring accurate reporting of working costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, and you will report directly to our Senior Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger Be a key owner of the monthly close process for assigned regions and entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion Maintain financial records for management and GAAP consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies Assist in providing audit support to external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to drive process improvement initiatives About You We're looking for a self-motivated and independent individual who is eager to think creatively, work entrepreneurially, and drive results.
