Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior-level leadership support, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience or 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications. Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management is also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

Managing complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Organizing and executing team activities, such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events
Ensuring the timely completion of critical tasks and following up on outstanding matters as a liaison for direct reports
Collaborating with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Developing and maintaining new mechanisms within the team to improve efficiency and productivity


A Day in the Life
As an Executive Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a key role in enabling our Customer Service team to meet customer needs by ensuring leaders connect in a timely manner on the most pressing issues. You will also help to foster a sense of community and learning within the team by hosting in-person events and activities. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied and challenging, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to succeed.

About the Team
Our Customer Service team is responsible for delivering the technology that powers our customer service operations, including chat and voice bots, associate-facing tools, and products that champion the voice of the customer. As an Executive Assistant, you will be managing complex and high-volume requests for multiple Directors' calendars, while supporting other areas of need, such as team events or travel logistics. You will also be involved in the development and facilitation of onsite learning, development, and community programs for our 200+ software engineering community in Seattle.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

5+ years of senior-level leadership support experience or 3+ years of experience in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience leading process improvements and designing processes to maximize efficiency

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
