About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer to join our Enterprise Workflow team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design to deliver exceptional customer experiences Develop and maintain expertise in Apple technologies, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices and standards Participate in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their products and services with Apple technologies Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Here are some of the key requirements and qualifications we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in delivering and managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Apple TVs in a large enterprise environment Experience with device management solutions, such as Apple Business Manager, MDM, and Apple Configurator Strong programming skills in languages such as Swift, Python, Go, or Objective-C Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with Apple technologies, such as macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS Knowledge of enterprise workflow management and automation tools and technologies Experience with cloud-based services, such as AWS or Azure Strong understanding of security and compliance principles and practices Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong set of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
