Put your passion, drive, and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. **Job Summary** We're seeking a Senior Director, People Business Partnering - Customer Success to lead a global team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and People Consultants supporting Customer Success, including Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries. You will be responsible for aligning and executing innovative people strategies with Customer Success leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a global team of HRBPs and People Consultants supporting Customer Success, including Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries * Align and execute innovative people strategies with Customer Success leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes * Champion a culture of inclusion, teamwork, high performance, and growth by developing programs that foster retention, belonging, and talent development * Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other teams to deliver scalable, integrated people solutions * Use data, analytics, and business insights to drive programs, influence executive decisions, and deliver critical cross-functional projects **What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)** * 12+ years progressive HR experience with significant HRBP leadership in global, growth-driven technology organizations * Deep expertise in Customer Success or similar GTM/post-sales environments * Demonstrated success advising and influencing C-level and senior executives in fast-paced, complex transformation environments * Proven ability to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategy * Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus **What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** * Experience leading global HR programs across multiple regions and functions * Strong program management and change leadership skills with a track record of scaling HR practices * Proficiency in M365 and G-Suite applications **Benefits and Perks** arenaflex's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
