Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics to lead our Trust and Safety team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, ensuring the integrity and security of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Policy Development, to drive business outcomes and promote a culture of safety and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and removing malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and evading suspension Develop and implement effective operational execution plans to ensure high-quality service levels, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe malicious behavior Build and maintain strong relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that prevent adversarial abuse Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and implementing solutions to drive business outcomes Lead the Business Analytics team in generating insights, measuring uncaught badness, and publishing Transparency Reports for countries around the world Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science) 4+ years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/deploying analytical models 2+ years of experience working with engineering teams that shape data infrastructure and ML models 2+ years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science) 2+ years of experience in analysis of large datasets and anomaly detection Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab Excellent influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners Outstanding business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
