CMX is dedicated to driving measurable results for our partners, dealers, stores, and brand sponsors by leveraging arenaflex's vast and online data, broad reach, and ability to deliver quantifiable outcomes. As aSenior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to apply advanced analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally enabled products at arenaflex.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp their concerns and objectives, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics. Design and participate in presentations and meetings to existing and potential constituents on analysis results and solutions. Communicate with internal and external partners and leaders to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Utilize strong data insights in algorithms and predictive models to navigate issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions.Apply solid programming skills to analyze, compare, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats. Develop and implement statistical predictive models and decide on scientific approaches and modeling strategies to assess situations and possible future outcomes. Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems using advanced statistical procedures and numerical analyses. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience applying modern AI methods to build predictive models for both classification and regression problems. 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL. 2+ years of experience extracting meaningful insights from analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders. 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, evaluate data quality, and perform feature engineering.Preferred Qualifications Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing). Demonstrates a strong ability to convey technical ideas and recommendations to stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues, project team members, and senior management. Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and obstacles before they occur.
