Job Overview The Examination group at arenaflex is seeking experienced Information Researchers and Senior Information Researchers to lead estimation, strategy, and strategic dynamic across the organization. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and transform them into actionable recommendations, driving choices for the entire association. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be essential in helping arenaflex make informed decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Utilize quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand what drives the business and identify areas for improvement Build full-cycle analysis trials, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools Mentor junior experts on advanced techniques and help them address challenges Generate recommendations and use statistical procedures and hypothesis testing to validate findings Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, customer behaviors, and long-term trends Identify and measure switches to help move key metrics and make recommendations Work backward from understanding and measuring problems to ideating solutions Report against objectives by identifying key metrics and building executive-facing dashboards to track progress Collaborate with engineering to implement, report, validate, and monitor logging Essential Qualifications A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related role Experience working with pipeline optimization, customer segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, and more Proficiency in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python Expertise in at least one analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Chartio, Looker, Tableau) The ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
