Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that address complex business problems
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare data for machine learning models
Develop and evaluate machine learning models to extract insights from data, make predictions, and generate recommendations
Work with natural language processing algorithms to process and extract information from text-based data
Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Interpret and communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or Statistics
At least 2 years of experience in conducting statistical analysis and developing machine learning models using Python
A deep understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical techniques
The ability to extract insights and conclusions from data to inform model development and business decisions
A willingness to collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers, and key stakeholders
Experience with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-Learn, and data processing libraries like Pandas or similar
Understanding of SQL and distributed data technologies
Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Streamlit, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
Experience with creating Article-Oriented Python code and
Experience deploying and maintaining pipelines using Airflow, Docker, Luigi, etc.
Understanding of the latest in natural language processing techniques, text embedding models, and knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models
Experience fully integrating data science solutions into the business and operationalizing machine learning models
