Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch data processing.
* Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data and analytics into business processes, improving decision-making and patient outcomes.
* Develop and maintain data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients.
* Ensure data quality and accessibility by incorporating data from various sources, adhering to data quality and openness standards.
* Investigate current data technology landscapes to identify and evaluate key capabilities and recommend solutions.
* Explore new tools and technologies to determine the best approach given the requirements directed by the model/use case.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
* Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience with healthcare industry data is a plus.
