About arenaflex arenaflex is a leading global organization with a rich history of innovation and customer-centricity.With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which comprise 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. Join our crew and lead the way As aSenior Data Architect at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Utility Teams, Product and Process Owners, and Agile teams in Technology to drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method.You'll be responsible for helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller.
