About the Role We are currently seeking an experiencedSenior Data Architect to join our Customer Listening Team, responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) strategy.This role will play a critical part in transforming and innovating our VOC approach, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to develop and maintain our new VOC technique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data solutions, statistics, and data modeling, with expertise in technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Python. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging VOC methods to transform data within our Cornerstone big data platform Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions Develop big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Work closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy Essential Qualifications Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, and launch management for data-driven projects (minimum 3+ years) Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative delivery approaches Strong understanding of data modeling, statistics, and big data solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Qualtrics survey and dashboard platforms Knowledge of Cornerstone big data platform and VOC strategies Background in software development, testing, and automation Certification in data science, big data, or related fieldsCareer Growth and Development At arenaflex, we prioritize the growth and development of our employees, offering a range of opportunities for career advancement, education, and training.Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive base salaries, bonus incentives, support for financial well-being and retirement, and flexible working models.
