Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making for sign-up and trade item spaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement diagnostic solutions, driving the adoption of analytics as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across global tiering initiatives. Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze large datasets, identifying patterns and trends that inform business strategies. Apply statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data mining, to drive business outcomes and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Present findings and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an analytics and insights space, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Proven data visualization skills, with experience using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, or similar technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. Experience working in the entertainment or media industry, with knowledge of marketing funnels, join pipes, and trade spaces. Consulting background, MBA, or multi-industry experience, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
