Job OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to support ongoing companion measurement for various business-critical initiatives.As aSenior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected. You will also assist in identifying subscribers impacted by episodes requiring timely and lawful remediations, collaborating with incident management, Business Operations, and trade engineering to guarantee the integrity of our subscriber adjusts and that clients receive refunds when required.Key Responsibilities Manage data entry and document information requirements connected with subscriber informing drives and episode remediation, ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required. Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise companions of subscribers for informing and/or remediation. Communicate business requirements to technical groups and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.Develop strong knowledge of subscriber adjusts and the technical system that underlies subscriber data. Proven ability to convey technical and/or analytical concepts to a wide range of audiences. Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
