Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex, working on a part-time basis. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through estimation, analysis, and insight generation for our trade and development item surface areas. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the use of analysis as a key revenue driver, increasing recruits and business conversions across our global tiering drives. Key Responsibilities Develop analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have a significant impact across the business Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analysis space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's degree in a quantitative field Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces Ability to identify and effectively escalate issues to management Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience Strong motivation and ability to work independently Exceptional written and oral communication skills A sense of humor Unique interests or hobbies that influence the way you interact with others or approach your work Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
