Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytical solutions that drive business growth
Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and preferences
Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, both written and orally
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve analytical capabilities and drive business results
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics)
3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space, with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, and working with data at scale
Experience delivering end-to-end analytical projects, from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open to various audiences, and ultimately to a tangible business outcome
