Job Overview As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision making. You will work under moderate supervision, applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources, and gaining insights into key business issues and expectations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving navigation and providing significant insights and recommendations to management through the use of current and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data analysis plans from initial concept to production, communicating results to a broad range of audiences Utilize statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive business decisions Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional teams and projects, presenting to management as required Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data analysis, applying this knowledge to assess trends and foster significant insights and suggestions Mentor and lead less experienced team members, providing guidance and support as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. You will also require a minimum of 3 years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Proficiency in analysis software and applications is essential, as are excellent written and oral communication skills.
