Key Responsibilities Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision-making. Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources. With moderate guidance, develop solutions from initial concept to production and communicate results to a broad range of audiences. Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis. Regularly utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation. Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. Additionally, you will need to have at least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience or coursework with SAFE Agile, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and discrete data analysis are highly desirable. Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge, is also preferred.
