Key Responsibilities Apply statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, providing insights into key business issues and expectations. Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, based on an understanding of the business model and available data for analysis. Employ data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive business decisions. Mentor less senior staff and work in cross-functional teams and projects, regularly presenting to management. Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop analytical solutions to address these needs. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis is required. Proficiency in analysis software and applications, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, is essential. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience or coursework with Agile methodologies. Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, Automation, Revenue Data, and Basic Accounting Knowledge.
