Job Overview In this role, you will be part of the Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group, where you will support the business through estimation, investigation, and knowledge generation for our trade and development item surface regions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance, drive growth, and increase conversions across various trade streams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends in structured and unstructured data, develop predictive models, and create actionable reports to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Construct analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and preferences, and drive business outcomes Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics) 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners Ability to present before senior leadership Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree in a quantitative field Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to leadership Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience Strong motivation and ability to work independently Exceptional written and oral communication skills Awareness of what's actually funny Unique interests or areas of interest that impact the way you interact with others and/or approach your work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
