Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

Constructing analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces
Answering key business questions and providing analytical expertise on the different trade streams on Disney and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
Advancing the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborating in the design of analytical solutions, and delivering exceptional data insights and products
Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
Applying descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors/values and drive impact across the business


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
5 years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unknown requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and ultimately to a tangible business outcome
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical associates


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

A Master's degree in a quantitative field
Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces
Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to leadership
Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
Strong motivation and ability to work independently
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
A sense of humor and unique interests or hobbies that influence the way you interact with others and approach your work
