Job Overview blithequark's Immediate to Purchaser Item and Tech Examination group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support the business through estimation, investigation, and knowledge generation for our trade and development item surface regions. This position will play a critical role in addressing key questions concerning the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identifying patterns in structured and unstructured data, and developing recommendations to improve business performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the utilization of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering drives. Key Responsibilities Assemble investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that offers critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. Answer central business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions. Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver outstanding data insights and products. Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/value and have an impact across the business. Essential Qualifications Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an enthusiastic pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field. 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analysis space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale. Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present before senior management. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field. Demonstrated data perception abilities with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces.
