We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and our data-driven approach is at the heart of everything we do. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team, responsible for analyzing and optimizing our data-driven strategies across arenaflex's streaming services. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and collaborate with our Business Operations and trade designing teams to guarantee the integrity of our subscriber data. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected, and episode remediation to ensure that the right clients receive discounts when required. * Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers of subscribers for informing as well as remediation. * Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. * Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information. * Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 2+ years of analytical experience * Proven ability to convey technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills **Good To Haves** * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Postgraduate education * Knowledge of Wind current **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're passionate about data, technology, and storytelling, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we invite you to apply for this exciting role.
