Experienced Senior Data Analyst – Data Entry and Virtual Assistant Expert for Streaming Services

This role will be responsible for the valuation of subscriber adjusts across the arenaflex Streaming portfolio, including arenaflex+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+.
Job Overview
This Senior Data Analyst position is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $20-30 per hour. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of subscription change messaging, including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected. Your primary responsibility will be to support ongoing companion measuring for various business-critical initiatives, identifying subscribers impacted by episodes requiring timely and lawful remediations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives (including price increases, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive refunds when required)
Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally committing, to determine accurate companions of subscribers for informing and/or remediation
Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners
Develop strong knowledge of subscriber adjusts and the technical system that underlies subscriber data
Manage project planning and schedules and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events
Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and operational playbooks
In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
2+ years of work experience developing in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
2+ years of analytical experience
Proven ability to convey technical and/or analytical concepts to a wide range of audiences
Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
Postgraduate degree
Knowledge of Airflow
