Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics techniques to uncover new opportunities, optimize customer experiences, and inform strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Be the data expert on a balanced team engaged in key CX initiatives, combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations. Continuously discover and explore data to uncover new insights and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries that power dashboards, creating front-end visualizations in tools like Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and design the new CX data platform. Track benefits of actions by the CX team using multiple stitched data sources, creating base queries and documentation to assist business teams. Provide ad-hoc analytics requests and support data mining efforts, establishing reporting standards and best practices. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Significant past experience working with data and using advanced analytics techniques. Strong logic and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to become an expert on customer data, quickly learning the business and digging deeply into specific experiences. Curiosity and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving, innovation, and issue resolution. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: 1-2 years of data analysis experience (4-6 years for senior position). 1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, with a commitment to organized, high-quality deliverables. Understanding of usability best practices and user design. Experience with varied database applications and analytical tools.
