Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in the North East region, ideally based in New York or Boston. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue expansion. You will serve as the voice of the customer within blithequark, advocating for their needs and ensuring that our solutions meet their evolving requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture strategic enterprise accounts, building trust and creating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and executives Conduct Executive Business Reviews to align on goals, outcomes, and value realization, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Services, to drive renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities Identify and mitigate risk, developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation Share our values of Care, Do, Try, and Shine, embodying our culture and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in the data security, compliance, or AI-driven solutions space A strong background in big data, privacy, data governance, or information security, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of driving adoption, identifying and remediating risk, and driving renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions BS/BA degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with cloud-based data solutions and familiarity with on-premise and/or cloud data landscapes Knowledge of AI-driven solutions and their applications in data security and compliance Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to providing opportunities for career growth and development. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer variable/bonus compensation and equity incentives, aligned with individual and company performance.
