You will use data-driven insights to analyze merchant performance, providing strategic recommendations to optimize their advertising campaigns. You will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the Director+ level, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of arenaflex Ads merchant partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. * Use data-driven insights to analyze merchant performance, providing strategic recommendations to optimize their advertising campaigns. * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the Director+ level, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. * Work closely with arenaflex Ads Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of merchant campaigns and initiatives. * Support merchant growth by identifying upsell opportunities and driving additional revenue through new and existing arenaflex Ads capabilities. * Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that merchants may have, ensuring a smooth and positive experience on the platform. * Collect and relay feedback from merchants to the Product team to inform future enhancements and developments of the arenaflex Ads platform. **What You Need to Bring** * 8+ years of leadership experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. * Strong ability to use data to drive decisions, with a solid understanding of business and media performance metrics. * Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across various levels of an organization. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships, driving business growth and merchant satisfaction. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation package, including an annual performance bonus and equity. * Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. * Flexible work environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at your choice of either the arenaflex office or your home workspace. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals. **Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
