You will be responsible for advising on a wide range of complex issues, including technology transactions, intellectual property, data protection, and cybersecurity. Your expertise will help us navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital products and data analytics, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve and maintain our position as a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide strategic legal guidance and support to our digital products and data analytics teams, including advising on technology transactions, intellectual property, data protection, and cybersecurity. * Structure and negotiate complex business agreements, including master services agreements, provider agreements, data licensing and integration agreements, and supply chain agreements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, marketing, protection, security, and technology teams, to develop and implement our digital products and services. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital products and data analytics, including emerging technologies, trends, and regulations. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's digital products and services, including our technology, security, and data protection frameworks. * Work closely with external counsel to develop and implement our digital products and data analytics strategy. * Provide training and guidance to our teams on digital products and data analytics-related issues. **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
