Experienced Senior Copywriter for Disney's In-House Creative Agency - Crafting Innovative Content for Entertainment Marketing

About the Role We're seeking a world-class Senior Copywriter to join our team in Glendale, CA. As a Senior Copywriter, you'll report to the Director, Creative, and be responsible for crafting innovative content for all digital and social channels associated with the Disney Parks and Resorts group. You'll work closely with an Art Director partner to deliver 360 campaign concepts, interpret creative briefs, and act upon client feedback while keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Craft innovative content for all digital and social channels associated with the Disney Parks and Resorts group Mentor junior creatives and share your expertise to help them grow Showcase your problem-solving skills and creative thinking for a range of advertising mediums Collaborate with an Art Director partner to deliver compelling, 360 campaign concepts Interpret creative briefs and act upon client feedback while keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines Deliver polished and well-written creative elements for internal and external presentations Participate in creative discussions with music houses, directors, editors, and other vendors as they relate to the creative output Construct cohesive creative presentations and have an overall comfort level with internal client presentations Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 5 years' experience developing 360 advertising campaigns Proven presentation skills - confidence and passion when sharing ideas internally Proficiency in ideating in the digital and social space Excellent time management skills - ability to balance multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet deadlines Outstanding writing and grammatical skills Proficiency in presentation software, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides Type A-level attention to detail Knowledge and genuine curiosity about the Walt Disney Company's history, including films, animation, television, and theme parks Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are a plus: Innovation, trend, promotional, experiential, and social media experiences Fluency in Spanish Minimum of 5 years in an agency setting, or related experience Education You'll need an Associate's (2-year) or Bachelor's (4-year) degree in Advertising, Art, Graphic Art, Design, or equivalent to be considered for this role.
