**Experienced Senior Compliance Analyst – Direct Imports for Walmart's Global Supply Chain**

About the Role As a Senior Compliance Analyst – Direct Imports, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and cooperating government organizations for all direct imports into the United States. You will work closely with our import teams to ensure that all imports are properly documented and compliant with relevant regulations. Your expertise will be critical in identifying and addressing compliance and ethics issues, and in developing and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and cooperating government organizations for all direct imports into the United States * Identify and assemble all required documentation to ensure compliance with import regulations * Collaborate with import teams to ensure that all imports are properly documented and compliant with relevant regulations * Develop, implement, and maintain significant regulations to ensure lawful application to affected items and purchase orders * Research proposed administrative regulations and existing guidelines to serve as a subject matter expert to the business * Provide guidance to suppliers or international procurement teams to support accurate costing decisions * Collaborate with senior directors to identify compliance and ethics gaps and develop enhancements Essential Qualifications * 3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a strong background in import regulations and customs compliance * 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products, with a strong proficiency in Excel * Any experience in project management would be a plus, but not required * 3 years of import experience * Any experience with tariff codes would be a plus Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with English language and grammar * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience with compliance software and systems would be a plus Benefits and Advantages As a Senior Compliance Analyst – Direct Imports, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $30/hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
