Job Responsibilities As a Senior Business Process Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: Participating in project teams and implementing portions of project plans to ensure successful project execution. Analyzing customer needs and translating them into detailed business requirements to drive process improvements. Organizing problem-solving discussions to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Acting as a liaison between business units and IT staff, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives. Supporting application testing strategy to ensure business objectives are met and processes are optimized. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with requirements documentation. Proven success in leading programs/projects through the entire lifecycle, with at least 1+ years of experience. Demonstrated experience in system application design and business process design. Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should have: At least 1+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst. Experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), with a deep understanding of the industry. At least 1+ years of experience with SQL, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with requirement writing tools (Agile, Raven, ReqPro), with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. A proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to various audiences.
