Job Responsibilities As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to inform strategic planning and business decisions in Pharmacy and Retail Operations Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of enterprise strategies and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations Providing complex analysis and insights to support business case development for new applications and operational improvements Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and regulatory, to drive operational solutions and improvements Coaching, mentoring, and guiding less senior Business Analysts to ensure the success of the team Managing complex ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed Developing and deploying suitable reports and tools to support business decision-making Key Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field At least 1 year of experience with data analysis and reporting, including querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server) Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending solutions Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to business leaders Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with: Master's Degree or MBA Retail pharmacy experience Why Join Walgreens as a Remote Employee?
