Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain data management cycles, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, integrating data, and creating reports that provide current status and representation for business performance. Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems to inform business decisions. Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Take ownership of processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely, with a high level of customer focus in resolving data errors. Assemble and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes. Monitor existing metrics, build new metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business analysis. 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations, engineering, or analysis. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights. Experience with Excel and SQL. Experience creating business proposals and influencing stakeholders. Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation.
