With a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team of experts in data insights and business intelligence. **Job Summary** As a Senior Analytics Engineer at arenaflex, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data pipelines that support business intelligence and reporting needs. You will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals to ensure that data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into our data warehouse. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct the delivery of data insights and business intelligence projects to support arenaflex's quality improvement initiatives * Develop and maintain long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing processes to meet business reporting and analysis requirements * Design, create, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects * Develop data processing and pre-handling rules for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records * Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data validation, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to, Sky blue Data Pipeline, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Certified Data Management Certified Investigation Professional (CAP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $30/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented team of data experts * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join arenaflex as a Senior Analytics Engineer.
