In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and implement data framework conditions, and drive business insights that enable informed decision-making.Job Summary As aSenior Analytics Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for collaborating with our IT information design and examination groups to carry out and maintain data framework conditions that enable report automation for our Healthcare Quality Improvement program. You will work closely with a team of data investigators, BI engineers, system administrators, and data consumers to deliver performance insights across arenaflex Health. Your expertise in data analysis, ETL, and data warehousing will be essential in driving business growth and improvement.Key Responsibilities Directs the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights drives and projects, supporting long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet reporting and analysis expectations. Designs, develops, and deploys layered databases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects. Creates data organizing and pre-processing principles for populating sensible and actual data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting solutions.Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and third-party records. Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., member eligibility, clinical claims, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS files). Develops internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data processing, QA, data validation, etc.).Essential Qualifications Evident, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts. Experience designing and deploying reasonably isolated data environments using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake. Experience providing thought leadership and presenting tool rationalist semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners.At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management. Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications Certified AnalyticsProfessional (CAP) certification. Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts.
