As a Senior Analyst in this team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer engagement through data-driven insights and analysis. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst in the AAI role, you will be responsible for: * **Advanced Analysis and Insights**: Perform in-depth, data-driven analyses that require advanced SQL and data table knowledge. Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping to identify potential opportunities for channel improvement based on your investigations. * **A/B Testing Improvement**: Champion the application of data-driven best practices and develop a flexible, dynamic testing structure. Identify opportunities to streamline the testing process, such as automated Python result pulling and adaptable dashboards. * **Data Expertise**: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Designing, focusing on medium-term asks (run planning) and shaping long-term guidance. Become the subject matter expert on data tables, including what data is available, where it lives, and how to utilize it. Extensively communicate these insights across the broader team. * **Performance Reporting**: Normalize channel metrics and create flexible dashboards across stores/geos. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and draft stories. Field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns. **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, finance, business, or a related field with a quantitative focus. * 3+ years of experience in an data-intensive role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field. * Proficiency in data analysis and advanced SQL, as well as Google Sheets/Excel use.
