Job Overview The Senior Analyst will be responsible for addressing and resolving labor-related concerns from our store and HR partners in the field. This will involve using insight into the organization's work model and cross-functional connections to identify areas for improvement and drive booking performance in stores. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to enhance our processes and communications with stores. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and process planning Develop and implement solutions to improve labor force management and drive business results Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and action Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders to communicate findings and recommendations Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job. You will also need to have strong quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
