As aSenior Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing dispersion planning and analysis support for content sales to global accounts, as well as for arenaflex's direct-to-consumer services worldwide. Your expertise in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, and data analysis will be essential in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Support global account deal analysis and post-deal management for SVOD and DTC deals, including tracking deal choices, MFNs, and expirations.Collaborate with the Content Outreach team, Business Operations, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure seamless licensing of arenaflex content to SVOD and DTC clients. Provide accurate and timely availability of all content (long-form feature films, arenaflex+ originals, verbose content, promotions, bonus, interstitials, etc.) for our direct-to-consumer services, taking into account complex rights holdbacks and restrictions. Conduct rigorous financial analysis and content valuation for all content licensing deals, working closely with stakeholders across regions.Prepare deal and trade outlines for senior executive decision support, and direct and manage all such deals in the rights management system (Rightsline). Support the management of arenaflex's direct-to-consumer services, including the development of global and regional content windows and guidelines. Aid in the advancement of content valuation of direct-to-consumer services by providing global market data and comps. Offer critical rights management support to direct-to-consumer domain launches, new features, and emerging business models.Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, business administration). At least 3 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with a strong background in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools. Strong understanding of contracts, including fundamental contract drafting and analysis. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior executives.Proven track record of building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Some experience with global media distribution is desirable. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, business administration). 5+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with a strong background in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, and data analysis. Experience with rights management systems (e.g., Rightsline) and content valuation models.Strong understanding of the global media landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
