Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for addressing labor force activities and driving business performance in our stores. As a Senior Analyst, you will utilize your insight into our organization's work model and cross-functional connections to identify and resolve concerns related to work from our store and HR partners in the field. You will also adopt a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in the stores. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and different partners to achieve business objectives Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and analysis to foster solutions and project/procedure planning Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Direct and lead cross-functional teams, assign and assess work, train, and contribute to performance evaluation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to the job, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience preferred. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is also desirable. You should have excellent quantitative abilities, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive high-performing teams.
