You'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve our customer experience. You'll work closely with our Innovation team to design and implement new features, and collaborate with our Marketing team to create engaging campaigns. If you're a data-driven problem-solver with a passion for the travel industry, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our Flights & Journey business * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth * Collaborate with our Innovation team to design and implement new features and products * Work closely with our Marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions * Identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance and trends * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Identify and mitigate risks to the business * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, business, marketing) * Three (3) years of experience in a related field (e.g. travel, hospitality, marketing) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Experience working with data analysis tools and software * Strong understanding of the travel industry and customer behavior * Ability to travel up to 30% of the time **Preferred Qualifications** * Four-year degree in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, business, marketing) * Four (3) years of experience working in the travel industry * Experience in account management, project management, sales and marketing roles * Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends * Experience working with data visualization tools and software * Strong knowledge of the airline industry and its trends **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that's committed to innovation and customer satisfaction.
