**Experienced Senior Analyst, Financial Planning Systems – Part Time/Remote Opportunity at blithequark**

With a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, you'll play a critical role in supporting and developing financial systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data for forecasting and actuals * Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory bodies * Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions and access * Provide support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist in preparing in-depth scenarios and analytical results on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process using Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements, propose, and present effective solutions * Develop Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as forecasting and planning models for financial divisions **What You'll Need for Success** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field * 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis * Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures * Familiarity with Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field * Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) * Skills, Licenses, and Certifications * Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies related to financial issues * Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues * Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
