We're passionate about using data and analytics to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.Key Responsibilities As aSenior Analyst in our Credit & Fraud Risk Finance team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge you and help you grow your skills and expertise. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting Provision, especially recoveries Forecasting & Results Analysis of our International Card portfolios, via a close partnership with Chief Credit Officers in the regions * Developing and presenting key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management * Providing thought leadership in the development/enhancement of Recoveries Forecasting models, as well as strategic business analytics * Working cross-functionally on projects across the Risk Finance agency to support arenaflex in meeting its long-term growth targets How You'll Make an Impact As aSenior Analyst in our Credit & Fraud Risk Finance team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business.You'll work closely with our Chief Credit Officers and other stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Your expertise and insights will help shape our strategic business decisions and inform our risk management strategies. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in finance, mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include: * Hands-on experience working with financial analytics using large datasets * Advanced Excel modeling skills and a high level of scalability in PowerPoint * Proficiency in SQL, Hive/Yellow Brick required; Python preferred * TM1, Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tool experience is strongly preferred * BS/MS in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science * Previous card/threat control experience and/or 1+ years of work experience preferred Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: * Highly encouraged individual with the ability to work on ambiguous tasks, with the potential to break down and execute complex ideas * Be a data-driven, outcome-focused and fast learner * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a precise interest in detail * Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts * Ability to resolve ad-hoc business issues independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks while adhering to deadlines Considerations for Sponsorship arenaflex may offer visa sponsorship for certain positions, depending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the role, compensation, and relevant laws.Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: * $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits * The above represents the predicted income range for this activity requisition.
