Position: Sales Representative - Security Guard Services
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year + Commission. potential to earn $100k+ year
About Us:
Delta Security Service is a trusted provider of professional security solutions, specializing in commercial, residential, and event security. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and customized protection plans tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client consultations to assess security needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and completed agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in sales related to the security industry
- Proven B2B sales track record
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with security services is mandatory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
