About the Role We are seeking an experienced Secondary Math Teacher to teach a range of math subjects to students in grades 6-12. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality math lessons to students in grades 6-12 Assess student progress and provide feedback and support to students Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school activities Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners Use a range of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance student learning Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and supportive learning environment Stay up-to-date with developments in math education and incorporate new ideas and approaches into your teaching practice Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in math education, as well as excellent teaching and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and to be committed to ongoing professional development and growth.
