**Key Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Tax Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing tax support and advice to our clients over video, phone, and chat, helping them navigate the tax preparation process and resolving tax issues

* Documenting all customer interactions and identifying areas for process improvement at the individual and team level

**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Credentials as a Tax Professional; CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Tax Attorney with active PTIN
* 3+ years recent tax preparation experience
* A passion for helping and an understanding of tax preparation, tax filing, and tax accounting practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in proprietary software and technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
