**Experienced Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service and Inbound Phone Sales Representative – Remote Opportunity**

We believe in empowering our team members to grow professionally and personally, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our team. **Job Summary** As a Seasonal Part-time Customer Service and/or Inbound Phone Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for arenaflex. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and set your own schedule between the business hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. You will be responsible for handling inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries, with some limited outbound follow-up calls as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries via phone * Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Maintain accurate records and notations of customer interactions, typing at least 45 words per minute **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant telephone demeanor * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly * Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing (at least 45 WPM) * Availability to work a minimum of 10-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior sales and/or customer service experience in a similar industry * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service and sales skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly * Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing (at least 45 WPM) * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in empowering our team members to grow professionally and personally.
