Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing healthcare-related inquiries such as benefits, claims, billing, authorizations, and finding new providers Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and supportive Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
