About the Role As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare) at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing healthcare-related inquiries such as benefits, claims, billing, authorizations, and finding new providers Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and supportive Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience. The essential qualifications for this position include: 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization High school diploma or GED Open availability, as our clients are open 24/7 A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, as well as high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of healthcare-related terminology and concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our people.
