As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing daily remittances, handling and opening mail, removing checks and payments from envelopes, and verifying transactions. This is a flexible schedule opportunity that allows you to work up to 4 times per year, with a variety of shifts available to suit your needs. **Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Clerical and Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities will include: * Performing basic data entry, including Alpha Numeric * Handling and opening mail, removing checks and payments from envelopes, and verifying transactions * Processing daily remittances for document transactions * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Collaborating with colleagues to meet team goals and objectives * Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 10-Key experience and excellent 10-Key speed at 8,000 KPH * Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a financial institution or related industry * Knowledge of financial software and systems * Prior experience with data entry software and systems * Certification in data entry or administrative support **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong data entry skills, including Alpha Numeric * Excellent 10-Key speed and accuracy * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
